What You'll Be Doing:

Scope and inspect various mitigation damages such as water, fire, mold, wind damage to building and roofing materials
Create mitigation scopes and invoice for service
Maintain inventory
Maintain fleet and equipment with routine maintenance schedules
Conduct deconstruction for flood, mold, sewage, wind and fire losses
Operate mitigation machinery (Including but not limited to; extraction machine, mop up pump, dehumidifiers, all other industry mitigation equipment)

Remove affected building materials from job site (Including carpets, carpet pads, drywall, insulation, framing, flooring, tile
Perform the applied structural drying per the IICRC standards and moisture mapping and documentation for water damage claims

Skilled Carpenter, experience with trim, doors, cabinets and windows

Entry level, helping the team transporting materials, building job sites and all others

The Contents Moving Technician will be responsible for:

Manage loading and unloading trucks safely using proper protection to assure safe delivery of contents

Maintain a clean truck and work area
Deconstruct/rebuild large furniture when necessary
Physical ability to lift, squat, pack, and carry boxes in adverse conditions (fire, soot, water, mold…)

The Drywall Hanger & Finisher/ Painter will be responsible for:

Prepare surfaces for painting, filling holes, cracks, joints and smoothing surfaces
Cover and protect surface areas around job sites
Hang and finish drywall
Priming and painting
Assemble and disassemble scaffolding and ladder set-up
Assist with the demolition of projects when required
Keep areas in a neat, orderly and safe manner
Maintain work area and equipment in clean, working condition
Awareness of job site security and safety at all times

As a Painter you will be responsible for the painting of commercial interior/exterior projects.

Promote and enforce a safe work environment and safe work practices for all trade contractors and the overall construction site
Supervise and coordinate various contractors to ensure their contracts are fulfilled on schedule, in accordance with plans and specifications while ensuring a quality product for the customer
Enforce corporate and OSHA safety policies on jobsite
Supervise, coordinate and sequence contractors’ work
Develop site logistic plans for the entire project
Manage budget, control costs and monitor change orders
Effectively schedule and manage team
Required Experience: 5 – 7 years restoration industry

This team member will be responsible for the maintenance of the physical condition of property and equipment according to company guidelines and standards, and protecting the property and equipment from damage, loss, and deterioration.

This team member will oversee and manage the day-to-day production of residential and commercial construction projects to ensure absolute customer satisfaction because our customers deserve to be treated with the highest level of professionalism, empathy, and care.

Assembling scaffolding as required
Covering trim, floors, furniture and other surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths and other protective coverings to keep them free of paint
Preparing surfaces to be painted by washing them, filling holes and cracks with putty, patch and bandeau and sanding them until they’re smooth
Applying primer and other sealers to paint surfaces to ensure that paint adheres
Mixing and matching paint, stain and other finishes to job specifications
Applying paint, stain and other finishes to paint surfaces using paintbrushes, rollers or sprayers
Time management skills to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Customer service skills, if working with clients
Collaboration and teamwork, if they work on a crew
Knowledge of coatings spread to assist in estimating material usage on projects
Knowledge of different types of coatings as needed for specific surface types
Wood door and casing prep and painting experience
Experience with Sherwin Williams paint products
Knowledge of equipment maintenance such as paint pumps and sprayers
Lift certification or willingness to train
Osha certification or willingness to train
Knowledge of painting scope print reading and specifications preferred
Knowledge of labor and material estimating preferred
Experience with various coatings such as oil, latex, varnish, primer and acrylic
Willingness to train to achieve general knowledge of carpentry a plus

This team member will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment including but not limited to rooftop unit, split systems, air handlers, condensers, pumps, boilers, fans, cooling towers, VFD’s, etc.
